The Chuquicahuana section has a white water class of III-IV during the dry season and reaches a level of IV-V In the rainy season, because of this it is possible to do rafting the whole year round and it is a great option for adventure and adrenaline lovers.
You will be picked up in the morning at 08:30. We will then drive towards the south region of Cusco where we will arrive at the campsite of the Cusí pata village.
At the campsite you will be given all the rafting equipment: helmet, lifejacket, neoprene suit and a waterproof jacket. You will also be able to use all the facilities of the campsite: Toilets, changing rooms, sauna. The guide will give you safety advice before starting and you will have the opportunity to practice. You will be accompanied by a security kayak when rafting in this section. After that we will go to the Chuquicahuana section (10 minutes). We will remain on the river approximately 2:30 hours. After the rafting the group will have a picnic for lunch and will then return back to Cusco.
